INTRODUCTION

This refund policy will assist you shall you have a problem with your order and applies to all purchases made through the Sharper Time website.

 

30-DAY DISPUTE

All items you purchase on our website will have a 30-day dispute policy if there is a problem with your order. The 30-days will start from the end of the 18 day delivery time and will apply to the following country United States.

 

OPEN A DISPUTE

To open a dispute you will have 30-days to contact our customer support from the end of the 18 day delivery. All disputes will be resolved and approved via email, once approved your refund or replacement item will be processed. If you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item you will need to supply us with a clear photo of this.

DISPUTE REASONS

Below are the dispute reasons please read to find out if you are eligible or not eligible for a refund or a replacement item.

- Damaged or Defective: If you have received a damaged or defective item you are eligible.

- Wrong Item: Received the wrong item you are eligible, if you have chosen the wrong item you are not eligible as the customer is responsible.

- Order Not Arrived: Order has not arrived after 18 days you are eligible, if your order has not arrived before 18 days please allow for the total delivery time before contacting us.

- Wrong Address: Delivered to a wrong address you are eligible, if you have entered the wrong address at checkout you are not eligible as the customer is responsible.

- Change of Mind: If you have received your order and there is nothing wrong with your item and you don't want it any more we do not accept returns or give refunds for this reason.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, if more than 24 hours has passed you are not eligible to cancel your order as it has been processed.

 

REFUNDING PAYMENT

After we approve your refund or cancellation via customer support the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, please note it may take up to 10 days for the transaction to be fully processed and reflected in your account.

 

REPLACING ITEM

After we approve your replacement via customer support a conformation email will be sent to you, we will process your replacement within 1-3 days (Mon-Fri) and you will receive a tracking email with the tracking number. The transit time is 8-15 days (Mon-Fri) and the total delivery time is 9-18 days (Mon-Fri).

 

RETURN INFORMATION

If approved and if we require you to return the item to us below are 4 things you will need to know and do to complete a return.

1. Packaging: Pack the item in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

2. Shipping: Download and print the pre paid shipping label from the link provided in our email and put it on the package.

3. Cost: The shipping cost is free for the customer and will be paid for by Sharper Time.

4. Processing: All refunds and replacements will be approved and processed via customer support and not when your return item arrives to us, as long as you provide prove of the dispute reason. This will speed up the processing time of the refund or replacement.
